Sales Enablement for a taste & nutrition company

The Client

A leading taste and nutrition company to launch new products and recipes across APMEA region 

 

The Problem

The pandemic has prevented all overseas customer visits, the client has to find new ways to engage their customers to demonstrate new products and drive sales.  

The Challenge

With customers in over 28 cities, we had to find a way to engage everyone, and keep them excited throughout the tasting experience. 

The Approach

Sales enablement through tasting kits and virtual tasting sessions. Every attendee receives a tasting kit that is brought to life via virtual tasting sessions led by experts from the client's team and partners. 

 

The Result

Over 24 tasting sessions, with over 1,000 customers attending across APMEA. 

Over 90% of the attendees remained engaged for full duration of the tastings.

The Client

AIA Prestige Club, for the top financial advisors who serve the high net worth clients

The Problem

To reach a wider audience beyond the guest capacity allowed at the onsite event, client must also stream the event live to other audience via an online webinar platform. 

The Challenge

Balance the onsite and online content to ensure both audience are equally engaged and everything to run smoothly. 

The Approach

Event team, with the help of animation design and show director, ensure there are ample interactive elements and apps to encourage participation from the audience. 

The Result

On top of the maximum turnout of 50 guests allowed onsite, the online webinar attracted more than 200 advisors. Over 95% of the attendees remained engaged for full duration of the webinar.
