To reach a wider audience beyond the guest capacity allowed at the onsite event, client must also stream the event live to other audience via an online webinar platform.
Balance the onsite and online content to ensure both audience are equally engaged and everything to run smoothly.
Event team, with the help of animation design and show director, ensure there are ample interactive elements and apps to encourage participation from the audience.
On top of the maximum turnout of 50 guests allowed onsite, the online webinar attracted more than 200 advisors. Over 95% of the attendees remained engaged for full duration of the webinar.
